dc.descriptionIn this study, PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta is a company in the field of telecommunications that provide Internet services for the wider community in Yogyakarta. PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta has named Indihome internet products, Indihome a home-based Internet service that has some interesting features such as Telephone, Cable TV and Internet home. This study uses a theoretical framework to analyze the promotional strategy and know the promotional activities carried out by PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta in increasing the number of subscribers in 2017 - 2018. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. With resources in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that PT Telkom Witel in 2018 was a year of considerable growth for Indihome due to an increase in the number of customers is quite high. This happens because sales Indihome using promotional media such as websites that are useful as an information toolen_US
