Abstract
Orbital Shaking Incubator is a tool for shaking a sample that requires temperature and speed. This tool is needed for microorganism breeding. The working principle of this tool is to incubate microorganisms under certain conditions by shaking the sample so that the nutrient is spread effectively so that microbial growth is evenly distributed. Based on the measurements that have been made, the error value is 4.13% at a temperature measurement of 30 ° C and 0.16% at a temperature measurement of 50 ° C for a comparison device. In measuring the motor rotational speed or RPM an error of 20.7% at 30% RPM and an error of 11.5% at 50% RPM is obtained. Whereas for a 10 minute timer, an error of 1.7% and an error of 0.2% was obtained.
