This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the weaving craft industry production in Gamplong Village, Moyudan Sub District, Sleman Regency, Special Region Of Yogyakarta. To support this study using primary data obtained using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were all 31 owners of the weaving handicraft industry. The analytical tool used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Method with the SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the capital variable has a positive and significant effect on production, the higher capital used in the weaving craft industry the higher the production. Raw material variables have a positive and significant effect on production, where the quality of the increase in good raw materials will have implications for quality and demand in production. The labor variable has a positive and significant effect on production, this is due to the fact that almost all of the weaving handicraft industries still use looms not machines so that humans become an important factor in carrying out production. The results of this study indicate that the determination coefficient value is 0.718 or 71.8%. It can be shown that 71.8% of production changes are influenced by capital, raw materials, and labor. Whereas 28.2% is explained by other variables not examined.
