| dc.description | This research intends to analyze the influence of Culture Organization, Work Environment and Emotional Intelligence on Teacher Performance at SLB Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta. The subject in this research is the teacher at SLB Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta. The total amount of respondents in this research is 35 people. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression with Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22 as the tool to analyze the result. The result shows that culture organization positively not significant on teacher performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. | en_US |
