KESESUAIAN KOMPETENSI LULUSAN EKONOMI SYARIAH FAI UMY TERHADAP KEBUTUHAN SDM DI BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI (STUDI KASUS: BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI KC PANCOR LOMBOK TIMUR NTB)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the suitability of the competencies of Islamic economics graduates FAI UMY with human resource needs in the Mandiri Syariah Bank KC Pancor Lombok Timur NTB. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative research that is by describing a situation or phenomenon of how the competency of sharia economics graduates conforms to human resource needs in Bank Syariah Mandiri. Based on the results of research on human resources needed by Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Pancor including knowledge of Islamic banks in general, flexible and varied skills, where HR can work optimally in their respective fields of work, have proper motivation to work, have a positive attitude for the actions taken such as responsibility and work discipline and competency suitability of graduates. So far, the competencies possessed by Islamic economics graduates of FAI UMY are known to be by the HR needs of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Pancor as evidenced by the survey results of sharia economists expert FAI UMY.
