ANALISIS POTENSI SUMBER DAYA BAYU DAN SURYA SERTA PERANCANGAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA HIBRIDA (PLTH) BERBASIS APLIKASI HOMER DI PANTAI KLAYAR, PACITAN
Abstract
This modern increase in the need for electrical energy in Indonesia is increasingly high. However, the electrical energy produced is generally still sourced from fossils that cause negative effects on the environment. By analyzing and designing Hybrid Power Plants (PLTH) in Indonesia, especially wind power and solar power, it is expected to be one of the solutions to overcome the problem of increasing electricity consumption in Indonesia today. Analysis and design of PLTH can now be done using simulations on the Hybrid Optimization Model for Electric Renewable (HOMER) software. To find out the needs of users can use the method of taking data by interviewing directly to the surrounding community, by measuring the load used, or can by using data from the electricity that has been electrified. For the method used at the location of Klayar Beach, Pacitan, East Java, namely using the interview method directly to the surrounding community. Based on the data acquisition, an analysis of resource potential and design of generating capacity, selection of component specifications, system technical design using HOMER software will be conducted. The results of the analysis and design of the PLTH system (wind power and solar power) in this study were made to facilitate 140 residents' homes and 75 culinary stalls around Klayar Beach, Pacitan, East Java. From the analysis of the HOMER software, the potential wind speed is 5.52 m / s and solar irradiation is 5.66 kWh / m2 / day and the total electricity demand is 1,125.4 kWh / day with a peak of 181.9 kW. From the results of the design of the HOMER software the system uses a 50 kW wind turbine configuration, 348 kW solar panels, 4,078 kWh batteries, and 200 kW inverters. The total investment costs for PLTH (wind power and solar power) Rp. 13,998,412,635.00, maintenance and operational costs of Rp. 1,115,112,569.00, current costs or Net Present Cost (NPC) Rp. 16,880,620,000.00 and prices selling electricity or Cost Of Energy (COE) Rp.2,265.00 per kWh. The capacity of electric energy generated is 725,340 kWh / year with a total load of 410,795 kWh / year so there is a remaining 259,621 kWh / year. This system is a combination of 152,574 kWh wind turbines and 572,766 kWh solar panels. This system did not experience the problem of unfulfilled load but only a capacity vacuum of 0.259 kWh / year.
