      Abstract
      This study aims to determine the effect of income, lifestyle, health, and religiosity on the welfare of Margaria Group female employees. This research uses quantitative methods and uses questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population in this study were 120 respondents, and the sample used was 55 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study partially showed that lifestyle and religiosity variables did not have a significant positive effect on the welfare of Margaria Group female employees. Income and health variables have a significant positive effect on the welfare of female employees of the Margaria group. While simultaneously showing that the variables of income, lifestyle, health, and religiosity have a significant positive effect on the welfare of female employees of Margaria Group.
