The 3R (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) Program provides basic information and knowledge about waste and its provided by expert in each region. The low level of public services for solid waste or garbage has resulted in the level of water, soil and air pollution through environmental quality standard in Indonesia. So that, United Nations Centre for Regional Development (UNCRD) helps developing countries promote beneficial aspect of 3R in Indonesia.
