| dc.description | Pada tahun 2015, keterlibatan kelompok seniman tradisi Kota Palu pada Pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Palu pada saat itu terlihat sangat aktif. Ada 3 kelompok seniman tradis Kota Palu yang terlihat sangat aktif pada saat itu. Kelompok seniman tersebut adalah sanggar seni Lisember, Kelompok Seni Pedati, dan Sanggar Roa Sangu Rasa. Ketiga kelompok seni tradisi tersebut melakukan partisipasi politik dengan bentuk dan alasannya masing-masing. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tau bagaiman bentuk-bentuk partisipasi politik yang dilakukan oleh kelompok seni tradisi Kota Palu tersebut dalam Pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Palu tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bentuk-bentuk partisipasi politik kelompok seniman tradisi Kota Palu tersebut dilakukan dengan cara memilih calon pasangan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Palu tahun 2015 yaitu Hidayat-Sigit, ikut terlibat aktif dalam proses kampanye pasangan tersebut, bergabung kedalam tim pemenangan pasangan Hidayat-Sigit, dan melakukan komunikasi/menjalin kedekataan dengan pasangan tersebut. Sementara, alasan kelompok seniman tradisi tersebut memberikan dukungan kepada pasangan calon Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Palu tersebut ialah adanya kesamaan ide yang akan diimplementasi dimasa yang akan datang apabila pasangan Hidayat-Sigit terpilih sebagai Kepala Daerah di Kota Palu. Kesamaan ide atau visi yang akan diwujudkan tersebut ialah ingin menerapkan nilai-nilai tradisi dan kebudayaan suku Kaili ditengah-tengah masyarakat Kota Palu sebagai alat untuk terbentuknya ekosistem kebudayaan yang baik di Kota Palu.

| dc.description.abstract | In 2015, the involvement of traditional artist groups in the Palu City on the selection of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Palu at that time seemed very active. There are 3 traditional artist groups in Palu City that looked very active at that time. The group of artists is the Sanggar Seni Lisember, Pedati Art Group, and the Roa Sangu Rasa Studio. The three groups of traditional arts make political participation with their forms and reasons. Therefore this study aims to find out how the forms of political participation carried out by the traditional art group in Palu City on the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Palu election in 2015. This study used a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the forms of political participation of the traditional artist groups in Palu City were carried out by selecting candidates for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Palu in 2015, namely Hidayat-Sigit, actively involved in the candidate campaign process, joining the Hidayat-Sigit campaign team, and communicate/establish relationship with the candidates. Meanwhile, the reason for the group of traditional artists to provide support to the candidates for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Palu is the similarity of ideas that will be implemented in the future if the candidates Hidayat-Sigit will elect as the Regional Head in Palu City. The similarity of the idea or vision that will be realized is to apply the traditional values and culture of the Kaili tribe in the midst of the people of Palu City as a tool for the formation of a good cultural ecosystem in the City of Palu. | en_US |
