Klaten city is one of the favorite destinations in Central Java. It causes a high level of community movement activities, both inside and outside of the city, which requires road facilities as the main supporting means and city parks as the support of tourist destinations. The construction of road and city park often forgets the arrangement of the green lane of road and city park, so that some environmental problems arise, such as dust, odor, noise, and heat felt by the people who is passing and visiting both of them. This research is done by using the survey method which implementation is carried out by field observations and interviews with respondents by giving the questionnaires. Based on the evaluation results, the green lanes of the Pemuda Street and the Green Open Space of the city park in the Klaten city, Lampion Park and Gergunung Park in Klaten City have functional and aesthetic values that are quite good and can be felt by users of the road of the city park, but the number and type plants which are found in the green lane of the roads and Green Open Space of the park are still lacking. The form of recommendations which are produced is to make replacements and additions to tree species, shrubs, and ground cover according to the existing conditions of the road and The Green Open Space of the park.
