| dc.description | Program Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis
Pedesaan (PUAP) merupakan program kementrian pertanian bagi petani pedesaan
dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas hidup, kemandirian, dan kesejahteraan
dengan memberikan fasilitas bantuan modal usaha. Program PUAP ada sejak
tahun 2015 yang dikelola oleh LKM dan diusulkan oleh kelompok tani melalui
GAPOKTAN “Tani Makmur”, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Tujuan
penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan program PUAP dan
mendeskripsikan faktor sosial ekonomi yang berhubungan dengan tingkat
keberhasilan pelaksanaan program PUAP pada Gapoktan “Tani Makmur” dalam
program PUAP di Desa Bangsri Kecamatan Purwantoro Kabupaten Wonogiri.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap 70 petani yang dipilih
secara acak. Tingkat keberhasilan program PUAP dianalisis dengan metode
Skoring Skala Likert, sedangkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan
keberhasilan program PUAP dianalisis dengan metode Korelasi Rank Spearman.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan program PUAP oleh
petani di Desa Bangsri memiliki rerata skor 2,59 atau berada pada kategori
berhasil, dimana aspek context, input, dan produk berada pada kategori berhasil,
sedangkan aspek proses berada pada kategori kurang berhasil. Tingkat
keberhasilan program PUAP oleh petani di Desa Bangsri memiliki hubungan
sangat lemah dengan faktor sosial ekonomi, dimana terhadap hubungan positif
dengan umur, pengalaman, dan tanggungan keluarga, serta memiliki hubungan
negatif dengan pendidikan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) is an
agriculture ministry program for rural farmers in order to improve the quality of
life, independence, and welfare by providing business capital assistance. The
PUAP program has been in place since 2015 which is managed by MFIs and
proposed by farmer groups through the GAPOKTAN "Tani Makmur", therefore
an evaluation is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of
success of the PUAP program implementation and to describe the social ecomony
factors related to the success rate of the PUAP program implementation in the
Gapoktan "Tani Makmur" in the PUAP program in Bangsri Village, Purwantoro
District, Wonogiri Regency. Data collection was carried out through interviews
with 70 randomly selected farmers. The success rate of the PUAP program was
analyzed by the Likert Scale Scoring method, while the factors related to the
success of the PUAP program were analyzed by the Spearman Rank Correlation
method. The analysis showed that the success rate of the PUAP program by
farmers in Bangsri Village had a mean score of 2.59 or was in the successful
category, where the context, input, and product aspects were in the successful
category, while the process aspect was in the less successful category. The level of
success of the PUAP program by farmers in Bangsri Village has a very weak
relationship with socioeconomic factors, which have a positive relationship with
age, experience, and family responsibilities, and have a negative relationship with
