The purpose of this study (1) analyze partnership patterns and the benefits of partnership in the business of broiler breeding (2) analyzing the costs, revenues, profits and business feasibility of broilers breeding in Rembang Regency. This study use description analysis method that describes the research objects and the activities among them. Data was collected by census method that involved all broiler breeders in Rembang Regency, amount 68 breeders. The benefits of the partnership got total score of 41,3 which is categorized “very useful”. All of broilers breeding in Rembang regency are profitable. On close house cultivation, the breeder partners of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa got the highest R/C ratio with score 1,0375. On open house cultivation, the breeder partners of PT. Unggas Makmur Indonesia got the highest R/C ratio with score 1,0320.
