dc.descriptionThis study aims to identify and evaluate the recruitment and selection process in Al-Quran High School Science. This research is a descriptive study with a type of qualitative data carried out in Al-Quran High School Science with research subjects, namely the head of caregivers, principals and teachers who experience the recruitment and selection process in Al-Quran High School Science. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from interviews with research subjects.This study uses data collection techniques with interviews, candid observation or disguised and triangulated sources. The sampling technique in this study was snowball sampling. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted show that SMA Al-Quran Science uses internal and external sources of recruitment. The recruitment method used is a closed method. The recruitment process carried out is an analysis of teacher needs, recommendations for students' names and submissions to the principal. The selection process in SMA Al-Quran Science starts from the initial screening, the results of the recommendations of the students' names, selection by the principal; deputy director of education; caregiver head, decision making, in-depthen_US
