| dc.description | Zero accident pada pelaksanaan sebuah proyek konstruksi terdapat pada manajemen K3 yang dilaksanakan dan terus diterapkan, jika ada terjadi suatu kecelakaan tapi tidak taat pada APD (alat pelindung diri) nya menjadikan resiko kehilangan pekerja yang mengalami kecelakaan dan menyebabkan pekerjaan mengalami keterlambatan. Kegiatan pekerjaan proyek merupakan kegiatan yang banyak mengandung unsur terjadinya kecelakaan kerja jika dalam suatu proyek tidak menerapkan safety APD kepada pekerjanya akan menimbulkan resiko kecelakaan yang tinggi. Sedangkan budaya keselamatan kerja yang ada di lokasi proyek pada penelitian ini masih minim sekali akan kesadaran kegunaan dan manfaat dari APD. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi di lapangan yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan K3 pada keberlangsungan proyek. Pada hasil penelitian dengan melakukan observasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kurangnya fasilitas APD dari pihak penyedia jasa dan tidak ada sosialisasi tentang K3 kepada pekerja yang mengakibatkan kurangnya kesadaran para pekerja untuk keselamat dirinya sendiri dan bisa mengakibatkan resiko kecelakaan kerja yang sangat tinggi | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Zero accident in the course of a project is in K3 which is implemented and continues to be applied, if there is an accident but disobedience to the PPE (personal protective equipment) makes the risk of losing workers who experience accidents and causes work to be delayed. Project work activities are activities that contain many elements of the occurrence of work accidents if in a project does not apply safety PPE to workers will cause a high risk of accidents. While the work safety culture at the project location in this study is still very limited in the awareness of the usefulness and benefits of PPE. In this study using the observation method in the field which aims to identify how the application of OHS in the sustainability of the project. In the results of the study by conducting observations it can be concluded that the lack of PPE facilities from the service providers and there was no socialization of K3 to workers which resulted in a lack of awareness of workers to save themselves and could result in a very high risk of workplace accidents | en_US |
