      Abstract
      Zero accident in the course of a project is in K3 which is implemented and continues to be applied, if there is an accident but disobedience to the PPE (personal protective equipment) makes the risk of losing workers who experience accidents and causes work to be delayed. Project work activities are activities that contain many elements of the occurrence of work accidents if in a project does not apply safety PPE to workers will cause a high risk of accidents. While the work safety culture at the project location in this study is still very limited in the awareness of the usefulness and benefits of PPE. In this study using the observation method in the field which aims to identify how the application of OHS in the sustainability of the project. In the results of the study by conducting observations it can be concluded that the lack of PPE facilities from the service providers and there was no socialization of K3 to workers which resulted in a lack of awareness of workers to save themselves and could result in a very high risk of workplace accidents
