MODIFIKASI KENDALI MOTOR ALAT AUTOMATIC PROCESSING FILM (APF) BERBASIS ARDUINO
Abstract
Automatic Processing Film (APF) is a film processing or washing tool that converts latent images created by X-rays into radiographic images using the help of photographic chemical liquids. In the Automatic Processing Film (APF) device there is a motor driver that functions to run the motor so that the washing process can take place. The motor driver contained in the Automatic Processing Film (APF) tool currently still uses the built-in components from the factory so that when damage occurs it will cause difficulties in terms of repair or troubleshooting because these components are incorporated in a series in which there are small components and are not easy to find in the market. It is necessary to modify motor drivers that can be controlled using a microcontroller to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs when damage occurs. When the film is loaded then the microswitch will detect and all motors and blowers will work and the LCD will display the time to know the length of the film washing process. Testing this tool by measuring the voltage on all motors and blowers using a multimeter and measuring the speed of the motor using a tachometer. Based on testing that has been done all motors and blowers can function properly and get a small correction value and not deviate far that is 6.6 VAC on the main motor, 5.2 VAC on the circulation motor, 7 VAC on the pump motor, 6.9 VAC on the blower. The motor driver controls the main motor with an average rotation speed of 45.39 RPM with load and no-load rotation speed of 47.3 RPM. The time the film enters to exit is 133 seconds
