| dc.description | Automatic processing Film (APF) memiliki kontrol suhu dengan sistem analog yang digunakan untuk menjaga kondisi suhu cairan pada saat proses developing akan tetapi karena menggunakan sistem analog maka pemantaun kenaikan suhu tidak bisa dilakukan karena tidak adanya penampil suhu pada saat proses pencucian sedang berlangsung. Pada modul alat yang dibuat suhu 40o C merupakan suhu yang dikontrol, dengan menggunakan sensor DS18B20 sebagai sensor suhu dan Arduino sebagai sistem digital atau pengolah data yang mana nilai suhu akan ditampilkan pada LCD 16x2. Pada pengukuran modul TA dan pembanding didapatkan hasil pengukuran dengan alat banding berupa rata-rata pada modul TA sebesar 40,18o C dan pembanding 40,1o C dan error sebesar 0,20% atau dengan kata lain alat ini layak untuk digunakan karena sistem kerjanya yang sesuai dengan alat sebenarnya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Automatic processing Film (APF) has a temperature control with an analog system that is used to maintain the condition of the liquid temperature during the developing process but because it uses an analog system the monitoring of temperature rise cannot be done because there is no temperature viewer during the washing process is in progress. In the tool module that is made the temperature of 40o C is controlled, using the DS18B20 sensor as a temperature sensor and Arduino as a digital system or data processor where the temperature value will be displayed on the 16x2 LCD. In the measurement of the TA module and the comparator the measurement results obtained by means of an appeal in the form of an average in the TA module of 40,18o C and a comparison of 40,1o C and an error of 0.20% or in other words this tool is suitable for use because of its working system according to the actual tool. | en_US |
