MODIFIKASI KONTROL SUHU PADA AUTOMATIC PROCESSING FILM BERBASIS ARDUINO
Abstract
Automatic processing Film (APF) has a temperature control with an analog system that is used to maintain the condition of the liquid temperature during the developing process but because it uses an analog system the monitoring of temperature rise cannot be done because there is no temperature viewer during the washing process is in progress. In the tool module that is made the temperature of 40o C is controlled, using the DS18B20 sensor as a temperature sensor and Arduino as a digital system or data processor where the temperature value will be displayed on the 16x2 LCD. In the measurement of the TA module and the comparator the measurement results obtained by means of an appeal in the form of an average in the TA module of 40,18o C and a comparison of 40,1o C and an error of 0.20% or in other words this tool is suitable for use because of its working system according to the actual tool.
