MODUL DIGITALISASI MIKROSKOP
Abstract
Microscopes are tools that are often used in hospital laboratories for observing small micro-sized objects. In the digital era, there are still many conventional microscopy uses at the National Hospital, so that their use has become less effective. In order to keep abreast of the times, the use of digitizing a microscope is needed. The research aims to create a microscope digitizing module that can facilitate the work of analysts in the Laboratory. Prototype design using the Raspberry Pi Camera. Raspberry Pi Camera will convert analog data from a microscope into digital data in the form of an image processed by the Raspberry Pi which will then be displayed on the LCD screen. There is also a Freeze feature in the module. The results of image data can be stored in a storage medium such as a flash drive for archival purposes and advanced analysis. The results of the survey performance of the microscope digitization module at the Klaten Islamic Hospital Laboratory showed that all respondents agreed to all aspects of performance appraisal with an average coverage range of 60% - 79.99%.
