PENGARUH SHARIA COMPLIANCE, KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MEMILIH BANK SYARIAH
Abstract
This research aims to find out the influence of sharia compliance, the quality of service and product toward the customer decision in selecting sharia banks. The object of this research was BNI Syariah Branch Office Yogyakarta. The research type used in this research was quantitative and the type of data used was primary data. The samples selected in this research were 100 customers. The sample collection technique in this research was convenience sample in which the sample collection was conducted based on practicality. The data collection in this research was taken by distributing questionnaires to the customers of BNI Syariah Branch Office Yogyakarta. The analysis tool employed in this research was PLS using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that sharia compliance has positive influence toward customer decision in selecting BNI Syariah Branch Office Yogyakarta with the p-values of 0.000 meaning that it is smaller than 0.05. The quality of service has a positive and significant influence toward customer decision in selecting sharia banks with the p-values of 0.001 meaning that it is smaller than 0.05. Product has a positive and significant influence toward customer decision in selecting sharia banks with the p-values of 0.000 meaning that it is smaller than 0.05.
