dc.descriptionAs a member of the Police Corp of Republic of Indonesia that is always stay alert on doing the duty and the function as the protector of the society, to divert the threats and disturbances that could pose a danger to maintain the order and security of the whole society. The member of the Police corps has an obligation to apply the preventive measure to the security of the society. Professionalism on doing the duty as a police corps is to be expected by the whole society. The unsuccessfulness on doing their jobs are the results of the lacks of intellectual intellegency, emotional and spiritual in the member of the police corps. The objective of this research is to acknowledge the impact of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence to the professionalism and the performance of the police resort corps of Sleman Yogyakarta. The population of this research are all of the member of the police corps that is on duty at the Police Resort of Sleman Yogyakarta. As much as 330 member of the Police corps gave their respond and answers to this research. The data has been analyzed using the Path Analysis with the help of the Lisrel 8.80 (student edition) program. The result of the analysis are showing the five hypothesis that are compatible : The level of Emotional Quotient are positively and significantly impacted on the professionalism level, The level of Spiritual Quotient are positively and significantly impacted on the professionalism level, The level of Emotional Quotient are positively and significantly impacted on the Task Performance level, The level of Spiritual Quotient are positively and significantly impacted on the Task Performance level, and Profesionalism has a positive impact on the Task Performance level. And two hypothesis that are being rejected are : The Intelligence Quotient level are not significantly impacted to the professionalism and The Intelligence Quotient level are not significantly impacted to the Task Performance level. The implications, limitations and advices on the research are being discussed further on this research.en_US
