| dc.description | PERFORMANCE OF ORGANIC RED RICE SUPPLY CHAIN THROUGH PT LINGKAR ORGANIK INDONESIA IN SPECIAL REGION OF YOGYAKARTA (Thesis guided by SUSANAWATI & ENI ISTIYANTI). This study aims to describe the relationship structure of organic red rice supply chain and measure the performance of organic red rice supply chains through PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia by observing the flow of products, the flow of money and the flow of informastion. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and supply chain performance analysis seen from the continuity of three flows in the supply chain using the 1-5 Likert scale method. The result showed that the relationship structure of the organic red rice supply chain through PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia consist of 9 actors that formed 5 chains and have different activities. The actors consisted of farmers, traders, PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia, Pamella Supermarket, Maga Supermarket, Toko Progo, Mirota, Panti Rapih Hospital and household consumers. The performance of red rice supply chain through PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia if viewed from the continuity flow, namely the flow of products, money and information as a whole has not been going well because there are still flows that goes fairly smooth that are product flow and information flow. The chain that has the best performance is the chain formed from farmers, traders, PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia, and Panti Rapih Hospital. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | KINERJA RANTAI PASOK BERAS MERAH ORGANIK MELALUI PT LINGKAR ORGANIK INDONESIA DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA (Skripsi dibimbing oleh SUSANAWATI & ENI ISTIYANTI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur hubungan rantai pasok beras merah organik dan kinerja rantai pasok beras merah organik melalui PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia dilihat dari aliran produk, aliran uang, dan aliran informasi. Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia dan lokasi pelaku rantai pasok lainnya yang ada di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 97 orang meliputi 30 petani, 1 pedagang pengumpul, 1 perusahaan, 4 pelaku ritel, 1 konsumen industri dan 60 konsumen rumah tangga. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis kinerja rantai pasok dilihat dari kelancaran ketiga aliran pada rantai pasok menggunakan metode skala likert 1-5. Hasil analisis menunjukkan struktur hubungan rantai pasok beras merah organik melalui PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia terdiri dari 9 pelaku yang membentuk 5 rantai dan memiliki aktivitas yang berbeda. Pelaku terdiri dari petani, pedagang pengumpul, PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia, Pamella Supermarket, Maga Swalayan, Toko Progo, Mirota, Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih dan konsumen rumah tangga. Kinerja rantai pasok beras merah melalui PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia jika dilihat dari kelancaran ketiga aliran yaitu aliran produk, uang dan informasi secara keseluruhan belum berjalan dengan baik karena masih terdapat aliran yang cukup lancar yaitu pada aliran produk dan aliran informasi. Rantai dengan kinerja paling baik yaitu rantai yang terdiri dari petani, pedagang pengumpul, PT Lingkar Organik Indonesia dan Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih. | en_US |
