dc.description | Tujuan utama pada penelitian ini adalah mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana 5 praktek supply chain quality managment (SCQM) yang meliputi customers focus, quality leadership, suppliers focus, supply chain integration dan IT-enable organization yang merupakan sebuah kordinasi formal dan integrasi proses bisnis yang melibatkan semua organisasi mitra dalam saluran SC untuk mengukur, menganalisis, dan terus meningkatkan produk, layanan, dan proses untuk menciptakan sebuah nilai serta mencapai kepuasan pelanggan menengah dan pelanggan akhir di pasar dapat mencapai kinerja operasional perusahaan melalui mediasi kinerja kualitas dengan penjelasan secara empirik. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian maka total 300 kuesioner disebar dengan menggunakan proposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan bahwa 4 dari 5 praktek SCQM dapat memberikan dampak pada pencapaian kinerja operasional sebuah perusahaan melalui mediasi kinerja kualitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa suppliers focus memberikan dampak paling besar dalam pencapaian kinerja operasional, namun disisi lain tidak ada pengaruh yang diberikan quality leadership terhadap pencapaian sebuah kinerja operasional perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini para manager harus lebih sadar untuk mengelola upstream dan downstream jaringan SC yang mereka miliki berdasarkan 4 pendekatan SCQM seperti suppliers focus, supply chain integration, customers focus, dan IT-enable organization untuk mendapatkan

dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research is to try to explain how SCQM practices (customers focus, quality leadership, suppliers focus, supply chain integration and IT-enable organization) are formal coordination and business process integration involving all partner organizations in the SC channel to measure , analyze, and continually improve products, services, and processes to create value and achieve middle customer satisfaction and
end customers in the market can achieve company operational performance through mediating quality performance with empirical explanations. To achieve the research objectives, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed using proposive sampling.
The finding confirm that 4 of 5 SCQM practice can achieved a superior corporates operational performance through quality performance. Based on the results of the study, suppliers focus have the greatest value to achieved corporates operational performance. But in the other hand the quality leadership does not affect significantly. The finding of this research indicate that managers must awareness to organize the upstream and downstream of supply chain network based on four SCQM approach like suppliers focus, supply chain intergation, customers focus and then using IT to enabel organization to get a better corporates operational performance. | en_US |
