| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, tangibility dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 44 perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013 hingga 2018. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (2) tangibility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (3) ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, tangibility and firm size on capital structure. The sample of this study were 44 sub-sector property and real estate companies listed in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2018. Analytical technique used is multiplie linear regression analysis.
