| dc.description | Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengatuhi Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia dengan periode 4 tahun (2014-2017) yang diseleksi menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini bahwa variabel komisaris independen dan kepemilikan institusional memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA) sedangkan untuk variabel dewan direksi dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA) tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was made to influence the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Company Size on Financial Performance. The subjects used in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange with a period of 4 years (2014-2017) selected using the purposive sampling method.
