| dc.description | Latar belakang: Dokter gigi merupakan salah satu profesi kesehatan yang berpotensi memiliki tingkat burnout yang tinggi. Burnout yang tinggi dapat menurunkan kesehatan, menimbulkan kejenuhan hingga berpengaruh pada profesionalisme kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh work engagement dan religiusitas terhadap tingkat burnout pada dokter gigi.
Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Yogyakarta pada 15 Agustus -15 September 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi sampel ialah dokter gigi yang berpraktek di Klinik Pratama di Kabupaten Sleman, Bantul dan Kota Yogyakarta, klinik telah bekerjasama dengan BPJS, lebih dari 1 tahun bekerja serta jumlah jam praktek ≥ 50 jam dalam satu bulan. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang mengacu pada UWES (Utretch Work Engagement Scale), MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory), serta kuesioner religiusitas yang didistribusikan dalam bentuk e-kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi google form. Analisis statistik penelitian menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan multiple regression.
Hasil dan Pembahasan:76 dokter gigi sebagai responden. Hasil statistik uji t variabel work engagement dengan burnout pada dokter gigi dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001. terdapat pengaruh work engagement dengan burnout pada dokter gigi dengan arah negatif. Sedangkan untuk religiusitas dengan burnout dokter gigi dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,035, karena signifikansi ≤ 0,05 artinya bahwa ada pengaruh antara religiusitas dengan burnout pada dokter gigi. Hasil pengujian F dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi ≤ 0,05, maka secara bersama-sama variabel work engagement dan religiusitas berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap burnout pada dokter gigi.
Kesimpulan: Work engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat burnout pada dokter gigi. Religiusitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat burnout pada dokter gigi. Work engagement dan religiusitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap burnout pada dokter gigi di Klinik Pratama Kabupaten Sleman, Bantul dan Kota Yogyakarta. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Dentist is one of the health professions that has the potential to have a high level of burnout. A dentist with a high tendency to burnout can reduce the health, causing boredom, and affecting the work professionalism. This research aims to analyze the influence of work engagement and religiosity on burnout levels in dentists.
Method: This research uses quantitative data, conducted in Yogyakarta, from August 15–September 15 2019. The technique used purposive sampling method, with the sample inclusion criteria as follow: the dentists working at Klinik Pratama (Primary Health Care) in Sleman, Bantul, and Yogyakarta City; the clinic has collaborated with BPJS (Indonesian Social Insurance Administration Organization); and has been working for more than a year, with the total hours of practice ≥ 50 hours in a month. For the instrument, this research used questionnaires which referred to the UWES (Utretch Work Engagement Scale), MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory), and also religiosity questionnaires which were distributed in the form of e-questionnaires using the Google Form application. The statistical analysis used multivariate analysis with multiple regression.
Result and Discussion: There were 76 dentists as the respondents. The statistical result of the t-test variable of the work engagement with burnout in the dentists was with a significance level of 0.001. There was an influence of the work engagement with burnout on the dentists with negative direction. As for the religiosity with burnout on the dentists was with a significance level of 0.035 because the significance of ≤ 0.05 means that there was an influence between the religiosity with burnout on the dentists. The F test result was with a significance of 0.000. The variables of work engagement and religiosity, altogether, affected the burnout on the dentists, negatively.
Conclusion: The work engagement influences the burnout level on the dentists, negatively and significantly. The same goes to the religiosity. The work engagement and the religiosity, together they significantly influence the burnout on the dentists at Klinik Pratama in Sleman, Bantul, and Yogyakarta. | en_US |
