This research aims to determine the factors of production that effect organic rice production, determine effectifity use of production factors in organic rice in Sukorejo Village, Sambirejo District, Sragen Regency. The research was conducted by purposive method. Sampling method by census. The number of samples taken was 42 farmers from Sri Rejeki farmer group. Data were obtained using the interview method and using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using production function analysis and farm efficiency. The result of alaysis showed that all production factors are used sucs land area, seeds, manure, liquid organic fertilizer, organic pesticides, organic fungicides and labor jointly significant effect on the production of organic rice. The t-test (partial) shows that the area of land, seeds, manure and organic fungicides significantly affect the production of organic rice. The result of the calculation of efficiency of organic rice production indicate that the area of land and seeds not efficient.
