| dc.description | This study analyzes the effect of growth opportunity, profitability, business risk, and firm size on capital structure. The sample used in this study is the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and obtained data of 135 samples. The regression model used in the study uses multiple linear regression The results of this study indicate that growth opportunity and firm size has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, profitability and business risk has a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Growth oppoertunity, profitability, business risk, and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on capital structure | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh growth opportunity, profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh data sebanyak 135 sampel. Model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial growth opportunity dan ukuran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, profitabilitas dan risiko bisnis berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Secara simultan growth opportunity, profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal. | en_US |
