| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Pemerintah Indonesia dalam PERMENKES No.28 menjelaskan Pictorial Health Warning atau Peringatan Kesehatan adalah gambar dan tulisan yang memberikan informasi mengenai bahaya merokok. Gambar dan tulisan Peringatan Kesehatan harus mempunyai satu makna yang tercetak menjadi satu dengan Kemasan Produk Tembakau dan bukan merupakan stiker yang ditempelkan pada Kemasan Produk Tembakau atau diganti oleh para konsumen dengan sticker lucu. Perilaku berhenti merokok dikalangan remaja perlu ditingkatkan dengan pemanfaat media visual poster gambar peringatan atau PHW
Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menegtahui pengaruh pemberian poster berbasis PHW terhadap perilaku berhenti merokok remaja dusun Tlogo
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, Quasy-Experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. Pengukuran perilaku dilakukan saat pre-test dan post-test selama 1 bulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Januari hingga Maret 2016 di dusun Tlogo. Responden terdiri dari 16 orang kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan intervensi berupa poster bebabis PHW dan 16 orang di dalam kelompok kontrol.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji Wlicoxon Signed Ranks Test yang menunjukan hasil tidak adanya pengaruh poster berbasis PHW dengan niali p=<0,414 maka tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat perilaku merokok pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney pada perbedaan perilaku merokok pre-test kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol menunjukan hasil 0,812 dan hasil Mann-Whitney test pada perbedaan perilaku berhenti merokok post-test kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol menunjukan hasil 0,838.
Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat pengaruh pemberian poster berbasis PHW terhadap perilaku berhenti merokok remaja dusun Tlogo. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat dikembangkan lagi dengan mencapai hasil yang lebih baik kedepanya dan memperdalam semua faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku merokok remaja. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: The Government of Indonesia in 28 PERMENKES explains Pictorial Health Warning or Health Warnings are images and writings that provide information about the dangers of smoking. Drawings and writings Health Warnings shall have the meanings are printed together with the Tobacco Products Packaging and not a sticker attached to the Tobacco Product Packaging or replaced by the consumer with a cute sticker. Smoking behavior among adolescents need to be enhanced by utilizing the visual media image poster warning or PHW Purpose: The purpose of this study was to know effect of PHW-based poster on adolescent quit smoking behaviour hamlet Tlogo Methods: This study is a quantitative research, quasy-Experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. Measurement of behaviors done during the pre-test and post-test for 1 month. The research was conducted from January to March 2016 in the hamlet Tlogo. Respondents consisted of 16 treatment groups were given intervention in the form of posters based on PHW and 16 people in the control group. Results: The results of Wlicoxon Signed Ranks Test showed no influence PHW-based poster with a value p = <0.414 then there is no difference in the level of smoking behavior in the intervention group and the control group. The Mann-whitnet test result on the difference in the smoking behavior of pre-tets control group and treatment group obtained the result of 0,812 and the mann-whitney test result on the defference in the smoking behavior of post-test control group and treatment group obtained the result of 0,838. Conclusion: There is no effect of PHW-based poster on adolescent smoking behavior in Tlogo Village Kasihan Bantul.
