| dc.description | Asma adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular dengan gangguan
inflamasi kronik saluran napas yang melibatkan banyak sel dan elemennya.
Aplikasi AsmaDroid adalah aplikasi yang berisi tentang edukasi dasar mengenai
asma (yang meliputi deskripsi singkat mengenai asma, tanda dan gejala,
penyebab dan faktor yang memperparah, pengobatan baik yang bersifat
farmakologis maupun non-farmakologis, cara pencegahan, terapi supportif, dll.),
catatan mengenai rencana aksi di masa mendatang (Asthma Action Plan), tes
mengenai kontrol kondisi asma pasien (Asthma Control Test), serta berita terakhir
mengenai kondisi kesehatan pernafasan terkini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah
untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness (persepsi kegunaan) dan
perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan) terhadap user acceptance
(Penerimaan pengguna) aplikasi AsmaDroid dengan menggunakan model
penerimaan teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)).
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kuatitatif. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 100 responden pengguna
aplikasi AsmaDroid. Dalam pengambilan sampelnya dengan menggunakan
purposive sampling, dengan kriteria sebagai mahasiswa Universitas
Muhammadiyah yogyakarta yang memiliki riwayat asma dan telah menggunakan
aplikasi AsmaDroid minimal 1 bulan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah
analisis deskriptif, dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik regresi linier
berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS.
Dari pengujian SPSS diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y= 0,512 +
0,341X1 + 0,198X2 + e. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua
hipotesis diterima secara signifikan melalui statistik (P-value<0,05). Perceived
usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user acceptance dengan
nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05). Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap user acceptance dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 (<0,05).
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi AsmaDroid
memberikan manfaat serta kemudahan bagi pengguna sehingga pengguna
menerima menggunakan aplikasi AsmaDroid sebagai alternatif monitoring gejala

| dc.description.abstract | Asthma is a non-communicable disease with chronic inflammation of the
airways that involves many cells and elements. AsthmaDroid application is an
application that contains basic education about asthma (which includes a brief
description of asthma, signs and symptoms, causes and aggravating factors,
pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments, prevention methods,
supportive therapy, etc.), notes regarding future action plans (Asthma Action
Plan), tests regarding the patient's asthma control (Asthma Control Test), as well
as the latest news about the current respiratory health conditions. The aim of
this research is to explain the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived
ease of use to user acceptance of AsmaDroid applications using the technology
acceptance model (TAM).
This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach.
Samples taken as many as 100 respondens users of the application AsmaDroid.
In taking the sample by using purposive sampling, with the criteria of respondens
as students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta who have a history of
asthma and have used the AsmaDroid application for at least 1 month. Data
analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, with using statistical calculation
of multiple linier regression and hypotesis testing using SPSS.
From the testing SPSS regression equation that is Y= 0,512 + 0,341X1 +
0,198X2 + e. The result of this research showed that all hypotesis were
statistically significant (P-Value<0,05). Perceived usefulness has a positive and
significant effect on user acceptance with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05.
Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on user acceptance
with a significant value of 0.003 <0.005. Based on the results of study concluded
that the AsmaDroid application provides benefits and convenience for users so
that users accept using the AsmaDroid application as an alternative to
