| dc.description | The high rate of crime is followed with the demand of Visum et Repertum by the law enforcer to the doctors in order to solve criminal case and to determine the punishment. The quality of Visum et Repertum made by the doctors will later influence its benefit in the court. Method: This research is an observational research using the Retrospective Descriptive approach towards the data of living Visum et Repertum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul General Hospital and court report in Bantul State Court. The research was done in medical record installation in Panembahan Senopati Bantul General Hospital and Bantul State Court. The research was done in December 2018 until September 2019. The population of the research was all patients who suffered from injury and has gone through examination and need the issue of living Visum et Repertum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul General Hospital and court report of Bantul State Court. The sample of the research was taken using the technique of total sampling in the form of all patients who suffered from injury and has gone through examination and need the issue of living Visum et Repertum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul General Hospital starting from 2015 until 2017 and court report of Bantul State Court in the same period. The instrument and data analysis were using the method of Herkutanto scoring 2005. Result: The number of samples taken for the research was 81 in total, with 29 data from 2015, 26 data from 2016 and 26 data from 2017. The 26 data from 2017 will be scored using Herkutanto scoring. The result showed that the average quality of Visum et Repertum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul General Hospital is sufficient (68%) and the Visum et Repertum is considered to be useful for the court based on the written record of the judge decision. Conclusion: The quality of living Visum et Repertum in Panembahan Senopati Bantul General Hospital in 2017 is sufficient and the Visum et Repertum is useful in the court | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tingginya angka kriminalitas berbanding lurus dengan permintaan Visum et Repertum oleh aparat penegak keadilan kepada dokter untuk pengungkapan kasus pidana dan penentuan hukuman. Kualitas baik buruknya Visum et Repertum yang dibuat oleh dokter nantinya akan berpengaruh pada kemanfaatannya pada proses peradilan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Retrospektif terhadap data Visum et Repertum hidup di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul dan berita acara pengadilan di Pengadilan Negeri Bantul. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Instalasi Rekam Medis RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul dan Pengadilan Negeri Bantul. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang mengalami cedera dan telah dilakukan pemeriksaan serta membutuhkan terbitan Visum et Repertum hidup di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul dan berita acara pengadilan di Pengadilan Negeri Bantul. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling berupa seluruh pasien yang mengalami cedera dan telah dilakukan pemeriksaan serta membutuhkan terbitan Visum et Repertum hidup di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul mulai tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2017 dan berita acara pengadilan di Pengadilan Negeri Bantul pada periode yang sama. Instrumen dan analisis data menggunakan metode skoring Herkutanto 2005. Hasil: Jumlah sampel penelitian yang didapat sebanyak 81 diantaranya 29 data pada tahun 2015, 26 data pada 2016 dan 26 data pada tahun 2017. Dua puluh enam data pada tahun 2017 akan dilakukan penghitungan skor menggunakan skoring Herkutanto. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan rata- rata kualitas Visum Et Repertum tahun 2017 di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul adalah cukup (68%) dan Visum Et Repertum tersebut dinilai bermanfaat terhadap proses peradilan berdasarkan catatan tertulis putusan peradilan yang ada. | en_US |
