GAMBARAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN PESERTA DAN PERSEPSI DOKTER GIGI DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT DI KLINIK PRATAMA FIRDAUS TAHUN 2018-2019 PADA ERA JKN
Abstract
Background. The implementation of Indonesia National Health Security (JKN)
raises many perceptions from dentist. There were many kind of perception from
dentist, for example the perception about capitation, which are pro and contra. The
operation of JKN does not only affect the perception of the dentist but also
participants or patients who act here as consumers. As consumers, patients want
that the health services provided are in optimal condition. This could be known
through the level of patient satisfaction.
Objective. To describe the level of satisfaction of participant or patient and the
perception of dentist on dental and oral health services in the nasional health
security era.
Method. This study is descriptive observational with cross sectional research
design and the type of data used quantitative and qualitative. The number of
samples of participants or patients in the study of patient satisfaction were 97
patients and 4 dentists as sub-subject of the Pratama Firdaus Clinic in the study of
dentist perception. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The place of
study at Firdaus Primary Clinic in Desember 2018-Maret 2019.
Result. The overall level satisfaction of most patient was very satisfied (83.51%).
The dentist perception showed that dentists' perceptions of work motivation is
mediocre, dentists' perceptions of remuneration is considered lacking, dentists'
perceptions of the dentist's paradigm were implemented, dentists' perceptions of
health facilities is appropriate and dentists' perceptions regarding ordinary
workloads.
Conclusion. The level satisfaction of most patients is very satisfied. The description
of the dentist's perception in providing dental and oral health services is positif
perception.
