dc.description | Kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan
yang harus diwujudkan sesuai cita-cita bangsa Indonesia sebagaimana diamanatkan
dalam UU Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan. Akan tetapi dalam
pelaksanaannya, pelayanan kesehatan terbilang masih belum optimal, khususnya
bagi masyarakat yang bermukim di Daerah Tertinggal, Perbatasan, dan Kepulauan
(DTPK). Masyarakat yang tinggal di DTPK umumnya mengalami kesulitan untuk
mengakses pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berkualitas. Pelayanan kefarmasian
memegang peranan penting sebagai salah satu aspek dalam pelayanan kesehatan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan farmasi klinik
berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 74 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan
Kefarmasian di Puskesmas serta mengetahui pengaruh antara jumlah apoteker dan
kategori puskesmas terhadap kinerja pelayanan farmasi klinik di Puskesmas Pulau
Sebatik Kabupaten Nunukan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-korelatif dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif yang dilakukan di seluruh Puskesmas Pulau Sebatik Kabupaten Nunukan
Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, meliputi Puskesmas Sungai Nyamuk, Puskesmas Aji
Kuning, Puskesmas Setabu, Puskesmas Sungai Taiwan, dan Puskesmas Lapri. Data
dianalisis berdasarkan 7 aspek pelayanan farmasi klinik yang terdiri atas pengkajian
dan pelayanan resep, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, visite pasien, monitoring
efek samping obat, pemantauan terapi obat, dan evaluasi penggunaan obat.
Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi menggunakan daftar tilik, kuesioner,
dan wawancara, dilengkapi dengan data retrospektif melalui penelusuran dokumen
untuk memberikan gambaran secara jelas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan farmasi klinik di
Puskesmas Pulau Sebatik Kabupaten Nunukan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara adalah 0
aspek (0%) berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi, 2 aspek (29%) berada pada kriteria
tinggi, 0 aspek (0%) berada pada kriteria sedang, 2 aspek (29%) berada pada kriteria
rendah, dan 3 aspek (43%) berada pada kriteria sangat rendah. Rata-rata kinerja
pelayanan farmasi klinik melalui penilaian terhadap ketujuh aspek adalah 52% atau
terbilang rendah. Tidak terdapat korelasi yang bermakna antara pengaruh jumlah
apoteker dan kategori puskesmas dengan kinerja pelayanan farmasi klinik di
Puskesmas Pulau Sebatik Kabupaten Nunukan Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Health is a human right and one of the elements of prosperity that must be
achieved according to the ideals of the Indonesian nation as mandated in the Law
No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health. However, in its implementation, health services
are still not relatively optimal, especially for people living in Underdeveloped,
Border, and Islands Regions (DTPK). People living in DTPK generally have
difficulty accessing quality primary health services. Pharmaceutical services play
an important role as one aspect of health services. This research aims to find out the
performance of clinical pharmacy services based on Rules of Minister of Health
Number 74 Year 2016 on Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Puskesmas (Health
Center) and to know the influence between the number of pharmacists and health
center categories on the performance of clinical pharmacy services in Sebatik Island
Health Centers, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province.
This research is a descriptive-correlative study with a quantitative approach
carried out in all Sebatik Island Health Centers, Nunukan Regency, North
Kalimantan Province, including Sungai Nyamuk Health Center, Aji Kuning Health
Center, Setabu Health Center, Sungai Taiwan Health Center, and Lapri Health
Center. The data was analyzed based on 7 aspects of clinical pharmacy services
consisting of assessment and prescription services, drug information service,
counseling, patient visit, drug side effects monitoring, drug therapy monitoring, and
the use of medicine evaluation. Data collection is done by observation using list of
viewers, questionnaire, and interview, equipped with retrospective data through
documentary examination to give a clear depiction.
The results showed that the performance of clinical pharmacy services at
Sebatik Island Health Centers in Nunukan Regency North Kalimantan Province,
was 0 aspect (0%) is in very high criteria, 2 aspects (29%) are in high criteria, 0
aspect (0%) is medium criteria, 2 aspects (29%) are low criteria, and 3 aspects
(43%) are in very low criteria. The average performance of clinical pharmacy
services due to the assessment of the seven aspects is 52% or considered as low.
There is no significant correlation between the influence of the number of
pharmacists and the category of health center with the performance of clinical
pharmacy services in Sebatik Island Health Centers, Nunukan Regency, North
