EVALUASI PENGELOLAAN SEDIAAN FARMASI DI APOTEK X BANTUL YOGYAKARTA MENURUT PERMENKES NO 73 TAHUN 2016
Abstract
The preparation of pharmaceutical products is very important in a pharmacy.
Incorrect and inefficient drug management can lead to expired drugs, dead stock and
not optimal drug rotation. Mistakes on drug management will cause damage on the
drugs or the potential of drugs decrease and will also make a treatment ineffective.
This study aims to evaluate the management of pharmaceutical preparations in
pharmacy X based on Permenkes No. 73 of 2016 and also to determine the
effectiveness of storage indicators for pharmaceutical preparations in Pharmacy X
Bantul Yogyakarta.
This study is a descriptive non experimental study and done by observation
and interview about the management of pharmaceutical products in pharmacy X
based in permenkes number 73 year 2016 and the data will be measured with
percentage of expired drugs, dead stock, and inventory turnover (ITO).
The result of this study the planning in accordance to the standard reached
66%, procurement in accordance to the standard reached 100%, acceptance in
accordance to the standard reached 100%, arrangement in storage accordance to
standard reached 60%, components of the storage requirements are in accordance to
the standard reached 61%, annihilation has never been done, the control in
accordance to the standard reached 100%, and the recording and reporting in
accordance to the standard reached 100%. The result of storage indicators calculation
are; 1) The percentage of suitability of drugs and stock on pharmacy X database is
98% where preferably 100%. 2) Inventory turnover in 2017-2018 is 13,18 and 13,29
times where preferably 10-23 times a year. 3) The percentage of expired drugs is
0,84% where preferably <0.2%. 4) The percentage of dead stock is 5,858 where
preferably 0%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the process
of managing pharmaceutical preparations in Pharmacy X is not according to
standards according to Permenkes 73 of 2016, Storage indicators are not efficiently
done namely the percentage of expired or damaged drugs, the percentage of dead
stock and the percentage between pharmaceutical products and database on computer
or on card stock, storage indictors that have met the standards are inventory turnover.
