Abstract
This study aims to test and prove empirically about the influence of remuneration, work stress, incentives and distributive justice on staff performance Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The problem faced by institutions is not easy many employees who have trouble in their performance and institutions need to understand what the problem suffered by the staff. The research is quantitative research using the primary data and obtained by the questionnaire. A subject in this research is permanent workers and contract who works in universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Located on jl. Brawijaya, geblagan, tamantirto, pity, bantul, special region of yogyakarta 55183. In this research 70 respondents with the methods census, That is using the whole population of are samples
Results in research stated that remuneration has not been affecting the employee performance, Stress has not been affecting the staff performance, Incentives not affecting the employee performance, Justice distributive have had a positive impact on the performance of employee
