DINAMIKA POPULASI Rhizobacteri PADA BUDIDAYA BERBAGAI VARIETAS PADI (Oryza sativa L.) UNGGUL DENGAN PENGAIRAN System of Rice Intensification
Abstract
A research aims to determine the interaction between various superior rice varieties and irrigation systems on Rhizobacteri population dynamics and the development of roots and yields of rice. This research was conducted in April to August 2019. This study used an experimental method carried out on land arranged with a Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with a 3x4 factorial Strip-Plot experimental design. Factor I is the irrigation system which consists of 3 treatments, namely conventional irrigation, intermittent irrigation (10 days of inundation 5 days dry) and intermittent irrigation (7 days of 3 days inundation submergence). Factor II, namely varieties consisting of 4 varieties of Cempo Merah, Inpari 23, Sintanur and Inpari 42. The result showed that this study indicate that there is no interaction between rice varieties and irrigation systems in Rhizobacteri populations. Seen from all the parameters of the research made in the irrigation watering system 10 days of drying for 5 days gave better results than other irrigation treatments. The best varieties are Cempo Merah varieties which have the highest Rhizobacteri population dynamics.
