This study aims to examine the effect of remuneration, work stress, and organizational culture on the performance of police officers. The problem in this study is related to the performance and service of Polri which are considered to be still not good. The object of this research is Polres Gunungkidul and Polsek in the southern region of Gunungkidul with the research subjects as members of the police. This study uses a survey method with data obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study a sample of 85 respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of the unit head and police officers in the southern region of Gunungkidul who have received remuneration. Hypothesis testing in this study using SPSS Software. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of police officers, while remuneration and job stress do not show an influence on the performance of police members.
