This study aims to examine the Impact of Village-Owned Enterprise to Increase Public Walfare. This research aims to find out wether the existence Village-Owned Enterprise can improve the public walfare. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews to explore the information needed. The informants chosen in this study were Chairman of Village-Owned Enterprise, Vilaage-Owned Enterprise Staff, Village Head, Public Figure. The results of this study indicate that the presence of Village-Owned Enterprise can improve the public walfare although there is one Village-Owned Enterprise that has not been able to contribute to PADes and there is no remuneration but the community supports the existence Village-Owned Enterprise with a high social spirit to take part in advancing Village-Owned Enterprise and the community feels the difference before there Village-Owned Enterprise and after Village-Owned Enterprise.
