PENGARUH QUALITY OF WORK LIFE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT BPRS BANGUN DRAJAT WARGA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim to find out and analyze the influence of quality of work of life on employee performance through employee work motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research was the employees of PT BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. This research was associative quantitative research. In this study, data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 41 employees at PT BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The method used for sampling was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used was SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Quality of work life has a positive influence on work motivation, 2) Work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance, 3) Quality of work life has no significant influence on employee performance, and 4) Work motivation fully mediates the quality of work life with employee performance
