dc.descriptionThis research discusses about steps the Indonesian Government in rejecting European Union policy about RED II (Renewable Energy Directive) in 2019. RED II policy was formed as a form of EU concern regarding to environmental issues caused by Palm Oil plants expansion, the European Union has considered Palm Oil as a high risk crop for environmental damage and deforestation. The Indonesian Government believe, the application of RED II policy will greatly affect to the Indonesia's CPO exports to the European Union and disadvantage various parties in the supply chain of the palm oil industry.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini membahas tentang upaya Indonesia dalam menolak penerapan kebijakan Uni Eropa mengenai RED II (Renewable Energy Directive) tahun 2019. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis lebih mendalam langkah yang ditempuh pemerintah Indonesia dalam melakukan penolakan terhadap kebijakan Renewable Energy Directive II (RED II). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, penulis mendapatkan bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia menempuh langkah Diplomasi yaitu dengan menggunakan cara Diplomasi Komersial untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan Uni Eropa terkait Kebijakan RED II tersebut.en_US
