dc.descriptionThis study analyzes the spiritual leadership model in improving employee performance through culture and job satisfaction at Easparc Hotel, Yogyakarta. The subjects used in this study were employees of the Eastparc Yogyakarta hotel. In this study, a sample of 80 respondents was obtained using the questionnaire method. The analytical tool used is Partial least square (PLS). Based on the results of data analysis that has been done, it is obtained that spiritual leadership supports positive organizational culture with a β coefficient of 0.656 and a t-statistic of 6.805. Then spiritual leadership positively influences job satisfaction, this is agreed by the coefficient β value of 0.955 and t-statistic of 90.332. Organizational culture has a positive effect on company performance with a β coefficient of 1.611 and t-statistics of 14.161. Positive job satisfaction on company performance with a coefficient value of β -1,740 and t-statistic of 5,293. Spiritual leadership on employee performance with a coefficient β of 1.144 and tstatistics of 4.707. Spiritual leadership affects the performance of employees mediating organizational culture with a coefficient value of β 1.057 and t-statistics that is equal to 5.780. Spiritual leadership supports the performance of employees mediating job satisfaction with a coefficient β of -1.662 and t-statistics of 5.180.en_US
