dcterms.abstract | This studyanalyzed the role of mediation of job satisfaction in the relationship of distributive
justice and ethical leadership to organizationalcommitment in PKU Muhammadiyahhospital Yogyakarta.
Subjects in thisstudywere nurses of RS. PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, the data used in thisstudywere
quantitative data withprimary data. The sample in thisstudyused a censusmethod, the data in the form of
questionnaires weredistributeddirectly to 212 respondents, data analysis techniques used AMOS SEM.
The resultsshowedthat: 1) distributive justice has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction 2) ethical
leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction 3) job satisfaction has a significant positive effect
on organizationalcommitment 4) distributive justice has a positive effect on organizationalcommitment 5)
ethical leadership has a positive effectsignificant to organizationalcommitment 6) distributive justice has a
significant positive effect on organizationalcommitmentmediated by job satisfaction 7) ethical leadership does
