      Abstract
Online game players in Indonesia in 2014 had reached 25 million people and increased by 5-10% every year. Online game games can be played through personal computers or smartphones so that they can be played longer. Staring at the screen for a long time will reduce the amount of sleep time and if the duration of sleep decreases, it means that one's sleep quality also decreases. A cross sectional approach was used in this study. The study was conducted in four internet cafes located in Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul, D.I. Yogyakarta in June - July 2019. The number of respondents was 34 people. The instruments used were Internet Addiction Test (IAT) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Respondents with the lowest level of addiction were 19 (55.9%). Respondents with poor sleep quality dominated more with a presentation of 76.5%. Spearman correlation test results obtained p value of 0.807 and the conclusion is there is no relationship between the level of addiction to play online games with sleep quality.
