This research are to describe the cooperation between Surya Gemilang 1 group farmers with BATAN and to know the response of Surya Gemilang 1 farmer’s group to use rice seeds of Sidenuk. The data were collected from 3 respondents who have used rice seeds Sidenuk from 2012 until now by field observations and in-depth interview. The result of this research shows, for 4 years cooperation between Surya Gemilang 1 group farmers with BATAN has been decreasing of farmers, from 10 farmers on 2012 become 3 farmers on 2016. Farmers have a good perception about cooperation, coaching and characteristic of Sidenuk paddy but for selling price and the marketing is undervalued. For 3 farmers who still using rice seeds of Sidenuk, only 1 farmer who always planting that rice seeds on his crop areas; 2 other farmers planting that seeds intermittently with local varieties. Farmer still participate to Sidenuk rice seeds usage and coaching. The farmer’s response to Sidenuk rice seeds usage is good.
