| dc.description | Smart city sebagai sebuah penunjang utama dan penyedia insfrastruktur implementasi. Penelitian ini berfokus dalam Smart City dan Smart Governance, pada penelitian 9 tahun terakhir dari tahun dari tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2019. Analisis data menggunakan 100 jurnal yang sesuai kriteria bercitasi tinggi dan relevan dengan implementasi di pemerintahan. Pemilihan jumlah dan tahun artikel penelitan dipilih agar data dan hasil tetap relevan dengan keadaan saat ini hingga dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literature dari 100 jurnal yang telah di pilih sesuai kriteria.Sedangkan, Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Nvivo 12 dengan coding indikator yang didapatkan dari penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dari analisi data menemukan bahwa Teknologi, Informasi dan Komunikasi adalah indikator yang sangat dominan dalam pelaksanaan. Selanjutnya, ditemukan bahwa penelitian smart city dan smart governance di benua asia masih sangat minim dikarenakan implementasi smart city dan governance di benua asia belum berkembang dengan baik. Maka diharapkan agar penelitian tentang smart city dan governance segera berkembang dibenua asia. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Smart city as the main support and provider of implementation infrastructure. This research focuses on Smart City and Smart Governance, in the last 9 years of research from the years from 2011 to 2019. Data analysis used 100 journals that were in line with high-criteria criteria and relevant to government implementation. The selection of the number and year of the research article is chosen so that the data and results remain relevant to the current situation so that they can be utilized to the maximum. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study of 100 journals that have been selected according to criteria. Meanwhile, data analysis using the Nvivo 12 application with coding indicators obtained from previous studies. The results of the data analysis found that Technology, Information, and Communication are very dominant indicators in implementation. Furthermore, it was found that smart city and smart governance research in the Asian continent is still very minimal because the implementation of smart city and governance in the Asian continent has not been well developed. So it is hoped that research on smart city and governance will soon develop in Asia. | en_US |
