dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahai Hard skills dar, saft skills apa yang terdapat dalam ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan di SMK Muhammadiyah Semin (2) mengetahui penguatan hard sldlls dan safi skills dalam ekstakurikuler Hizbul Wathan (3) mengetahui dampak ekstakurikuler Hizbul Wathan padahard skilts Gaa soft *ills sis,wit. Jeais .pexelitiaa yrrng pea{rlis gIrfral{an di siai ad*la}a metode campuran (mix methodsl. Subyek penelitian adalah guru pembina, guru bagian kurikulum, guru bagian kesiswaan, dan siswa kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi" wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket . Teknik analisis data adalah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. I{asil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (l) Hard skitls dalam ekstrakurikuler Hizbul Wathan yaitu hasil produk, hasil ketrampilan dan nilai siswa dalam kegiatan. Sedangkan Sofr skillnya yaitu kejujuran, tanggungjawab, berlaku adil, kerjasama, mampu beradaptasi, kemandirian, kemampuan komunikasi, keberanian, kemampuan memecahkan masalah, mengambil keputusan, berfikir kritis, toleransi, hormat terhadap sesama, motivasi, percaya diri, kreatifitas dan disiplin, (2) Penguatat hard skilis adalah melalui latihan, kompetisi, menerapkan dalam kehidupan, mengadakan remidi dan pengayaan, menggrrnakan model game atau permainan. Sedangkan safi skills melalui latihan dalam kegiatan kelompok, kerja sama, kekompakan dan kesolidan kelompok, pemecahan masalah, karakter siswa, dan program yang terencana, (3) Dffipak ek#akrrilc,lff Hizbr* Il/dhffi pada hard skills adalak siswa manlpu membuat produk/karya, siswa mampu menunjukkan ketrampilannya, menguasai materi, dan mengetahui proses/tahapan. Sedangkan dampak pada sofi skills adalah mendorong anak lebih taat beribadah, beribadah yang sesuai dengan tuntunan Al- Qur'an dan l{adits, membentuk siswa lebih matang dalam berfikir, membentuk kemandirian, menggugah rasa bersosialisasi, menumbuhkan kerjasama, mengetahui bakat dan minat, meningkatkan inovasi, semakin terampil menyelesaikan masalah, pentingnya berinteraksi, mengimplementasikan kepedulial sosial, menjadikan siswa disiplin, menumbuhkan jiwa dan tubuh yang sehat, terampil dan cakap dalam kehidupan; memunculan watak, akhlak, serta budi pekerti yang luhur. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa atributatribtrt safi skiiis teiah diimpiementasil€n dalam ekstrakurikuler Hizbut ffathan. Selain itu Hizbul Wathan berdampak posotif dalam mengasah dan mengembangkanhard skills dan soft skills siswa.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is aimed at (1) identi$ring the types of hard skills and soft skills incorporated in Hizbul Wathan extracurricular at SMK (Yocational School) Muhammadiyah Semin (2) identifying the reinforcement of hard skills and soft skills +rfthi# Hizb'{tX Wathafi extraeurrieuia; {3i ideatifi,iug th€ ifr1p6of of ffizb;l Wathsnexhacurricular on students' hard skills and soft skills. The type of this research was mixed-method research. The subjects of this research were teacher counselors, curiculum deparfinent teachers, student affairs departrnent teachers, and sfudents of class X. Data were collected through the methods of observation, interview, dp-csrgrutatle& xr"d g!!-ost1ptr*1rs" T'* dat+ wsrs tb-et aaal"va-e4 tlrqg& t_bq methodology of data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. The research result shows that: (1) the hard skills output from the Hizbul Wathan exfracurricular arc products, handicrafts, and students' score during the activities. Whereas, the soft skills are shown from students' honesty, responsibility, just conduct collaboration, adaptation skill, independence, communication skill, problemsolving skill, making decisions, critical thinking, tolerance, respect toward their peers, motivation, confidence, creativity, and discipline. (2) The hard skills' reinforcement is done through training, competition, daily life applicaticn, remedial and assessment, or else through the model game. Whereas, the soft skills' reinforcement is done through group work training, problem-solving, students' €liararif€risti,os, 6#d s6fii€ desigaed S'l*lls. {3} The irap;:rxs of Hiebul Watlran exffaourricular on sfudents' hard skills are shown througb students' abiliry to create a product, to show their skills, to be proficisnt in the trained materials, and to recognize the process/phases. Meanwhile, its impacts on students' soft skills are that it ercourages students to be more devoted on their worships, to be obedient in applying thp Qlxan pn{ h4{i1h's teachings thrqqghqUt their worships,. making students more mature with their thought, building independence, kiggering socialization senses, building collaboration, recognizing talent and interesl advaneing innovation, becoming more skillful in solving problems, recognizing the significance of interaction, implementing social avrareness, encouraging discipline, creating a healthy mind and body, being skillftl and competen! and building noble characteristics and conducts. The conclusion to this resemch is that the attributions of soft skills have been implemented within the Hizbul Wathan extacurricular. Besides, Hizbul Wathan gives positive impacts on honing students'talent and developing their hard skills and soft skills.en_US
