dc.descriptionThis study aims to determine and analyze how the legal protection of nurses in health services during the 19th pandemic. Because Indonesia is one of the countries that felt the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. By using the method of Normative Juridical approach that is using the Statutory Approach, and the Conceptual Approach, which is an approach using statutory regulations as the initial basis for conducting an analysis. The results of this study concluded that it is very important and urgent for legal protection for nurses, considering that nurses are the front guard in handling co-19. The juridical profession of nurses receives legal protection based on Article 36 of Law Number 38 2014. Nurse's legal protection in health services during the 19th period has not been implemented properly, and there are still nurse rights that have not been fulfilled. Criminal prosecution can be done for people who do not comply with health protocols that pose a risk, is one form of legal protection to nurses.en_US
