Nowadays, muslim people, especially the young ones, tend to ignore their responsibility as a muslim because they are tempted with the pleasure of this mundane life. As a result, they forget to balance between this life and the hereafter. For muslim, balancing between these two things is very important. Unfortunately, nowadays there are many temptation that make them forget about their duty as a muslim. One of the factors that cause this is the lack of knowledge from the young generations about the importance of the hereafter. The purpose of this research is to make a desktop-based educational game titled Budi Sang Perantau that remind the player about balancing between this life and hereafter using RPG Maker VX Ace. Based on the results of the black box testing, it can be concluded that Budi Sang Perantau is working properly. Hopefully, Budi Sang Perantau can remind player about balancing between this life and hereafter.
