This article discusses health care in realm of diagnostic and life support, namely photopletysmograph system. This plan system can give information activity of heart pump pass through electric photograph phenomenon to give information about health condition of user. And thermometer to give information temperature update. In collecting data of heart rate using sensor heart rate (finger tip sensor). The system collecting data of bloodstreem in fore finger in 60s, and LCD would show the data. For body temperature parameter data collecting uses LM35 temperature sensor. The heat changing in the sensor would turn to electric current, later transtated to digital form by ADC 10 bit processed ATMega16 by microcontroller and show in LCD. The result of ideal measurement shows an error of heart rate and body temperature parameter respectively minimum <1,702% and <0,55%.
