The main purpose of this research is investigate financial performance in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Assessment of financial performance using analysis financial ratios and management loyalty financial. In this research assessment of analysis financial ratios using 9 ratios and assessment of management loyalty financial using 11 indicators. Method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approacment. The resources used data comes from a primary data obtained directly of financial unit by interview and observation, with supported of the secondary data in the from of its financial statement 2015. The result is in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul being on Good (A) criteria with total score the result research is 67,83% because the range of the value 65 < total score ≤ 80. Total score get to sum of analysis financial ratios with score 12,25 and loyalty management finance with scor 8,1 until get scor 20,35. The scores divided 30 then times 100% will get scores 67,83%.
